Our story
We started Baseline because we saw a gap. The ML talent market was moving faster than most recruiters could follow — new roles, new stacks, new research directions — and hiring companies were being let down by generalist firms who couldn't tell a transformer from a decision tree.
We built a practice focused entirely on machine learning. Not AI as a buzzword. Not data science as a catch-all. The specific, technical discipline of building ML systems that work in production — and the people who do it best.
